A New Year, A New Beginning

New Years Eve is around the corner and we thought of coordinating three outfits with our DIY dress  for three different occasions with one of our dear friends and a stylist Stephanie from Divenire :) We enjoy every bit of her posts these days and you guys definitely have to check her out asap! We kept the first outfit causal for going out with friends to grab for a dinner or a last minute shopping for New Years. A long oversized turtleneck sweater and thigh-high boots will keep you warm for the day without having to wear any other extra outerwear.
Bow-Tie Lace Blouse- Q2HAN / De Manta Clutch- Q2HAN / Valentino Rockstud Clutch- Q2HAN
For the second outfit, we paired our dress with the bow-tie lace blouse and Alexander McQueen inspired De Manta Clutch that we designed. This outfit would be more appropriate for formal dinner parties or a date night with your loved ones. And yes; somehow this outfit happen to be head-to-toe Q2HAN! For the last outfit, we kept it relaxed and easy going for a family gathering. A touch of pearl necklace definitely gave a bit of polished look to the overall outfit.

Red Dress In Christmas

DIY Red Christmas Dress YouTube Tutorial
Can you believe Christmas is almost around the corner? Whoa, time flies! Christmas means parties and we couldn't miss designing a dress for you guys. So here it is! We decided to design this red dress with slight cutouts on the sides for an indoor Christmas party. We are also planning to sell this dress in first-come first-served basis, so if you have in mind, please shoot us an e-mail at q2hans@gmail.com! In terms of my outfit, I'm wearing this thigh high boots from DressLink, and it definitely did its job in keeping myself warm during the entire shooting.
Coat- DressLink / Dress- Q2HAN / Boots- DressLink / Jewelries- ShopLately
I'm also wearing this warm cozy coat from DressLink, and love the way how it has different texture to it. While the bodice is furry and cozy with this wooly material, the sleeves are made out of pleather, and hints of chicness is added with silver colored embellishments. Also, if you happen to make this dress, take advantage of the skater skirt portion of the dress by tossing a thick cute sweater on top. No one will notice that you are actually wearing a dress, and it's a great way to utilize the dress for not only special occasions but for everyday!

Plaid At The Underground

DIY Plaid Trouser YouTube Tutorial
As many of you might've already noticed, plaids are everywhere this season. It's a versatile and fun piece to layer up, especially during winter. So we just had to design this trouser that was inspired by  one of the similar pants that we've been eyeballing for quite a while from Zara. This typical design is a high-wasted pant that slightly tapers as it hits right at the ankle. Material wise, you'll need 1 1/2 yard of plaid fabric and an invisible zipper.
Outerwear- Sheinside / Plaid Trouser- Q2HAN / Jewelries- Shoplately
I'm wearing this structural camel colored long coat from Sheinside. The material is quite thick and heavy, and very soft to the skin at the same time. There are so many intricate details going on in this jacket, and we especially love the double-layered oversized lapels and the contrasting faux leather sleeves, which really give uniqueness to the overall outfit. Hints of gold colors are added through accessories from our all time favorite ShopLately, and the outfit is finished off with black beanie from H&M and boots from Nine-West.

Crop It Right Now

DIY Turtle Neck Crop Top YouTube Tutorial
Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and are ready for another DIYs! Since so many of you requested for a crop-top, we decided to create one that is suitable for winter season. It has tall turtle-neck with long sleeves, and we gave a little twist by adding a hint of cut-out at the front hem. Material wise, we used a medium weight fabric that is moderately thick enough to combat chilly winds, almost similar to the thickness of brocade fabric.
Pleated Mini Skirt- Banggood / Turtle Neck Crop Top- Q2HAN / Boots- Gap
I'm wearing this beautiful black metallic skirt from Banggood, and I love the fact that it is long enough for me to pull it all the way up to my highest waist. We're both not very keen on showing skin, so the fact that we can cover my midriff with the skirt is a plus. To give a little color to this monochrome outfit, we finished off with this oxblood wide-brimmed fedora from Forever 21.
